• 6 persons 570 euro / day (min)

cleaning fee: euro 180 (one off)
climate crisis resilience fee: euro 15/night per accommodation (government tax)

• For Low-Medium season: Min rate is for 6 persons, and min duration of stay 5 days
• For High season: Min rate is for 6 persons, and min duration of stay 7 days
• Babies up to 12 months: free of charge – Kids up to 2 years old: 50% discount
• Normal check in time: 15:00 – Normal check out time: 11:00
• No one else will be living at the main house during your stay.
• The tree house and the playground in the back yard can only be used under the supervision and responsibility of the attendants.
• Owners keep the right to use the small garden house and guest house for their needs.
• You are not allowed to sublet the house to any person or company.
• Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside the house.
• Booking confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount.
• The deposit is payable no later than 2 days from our confirmation message with the acceptance of your booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days (1 week) before your arrival at the property, or alternatively, in cash upon arrival.
